After so many years, property fees are hard to rise, and prices have already turned over. From the current field of property management, as long as there is a property dispute, people say it is the fault of the property. In fact, it shows that the status of property and owners is not equal, which is often a problem left by developers. The owner retaliated against the property, defaulted or even failed to pay the property fee, but accused the property company of doing bad things. So in the end, many property companies can't continue to operate because of financial problems.

3. At present, the three themes of property management companies, social citizens and government agencies are trying to promote the popularization and development of property management. I believe that in the next ten years, property management will become a standardized and active industry.
