As soon as they responded that the property asked them to collect surveillance to assist the police in investigating and handling the case, they said that the camera was broken (actually it was fine). Something like this happened to my family. The car was lost, the house was smashed, and even the owner signed a public maintenance fund without knowing it. For a property like this, our owners have to pay the property fee unconditionally. Some of our owners insisted on not paying property fees, and now their property management company has taken us to court. During the adjustment, many owners also went, and everyone disagreed. Finally, they said they would give us a 30% discount. Isn't it obvious? Some owners refused to pay, and the owners all said the reasons, but the court was unfair and had to let us produce very real evidence. But where do we ordinary people have it?
