What is the refrigerant of the air conditioner?
Ammonia, Freon and hydrocarbons are widely used in compressed refrigerants. Refrigerant can be divided into five categories according to chemical composition: inorganic compound refrigerant, Freon, saturated hydrocarbon refrigerant, unsaturated hydrocarbon refrigerant and boiling mixture refrigerant. According to the condensation pressure, refrigerants can be divided into three categories: high temperature (low pressure) refrigerants, medium temperature (medium pressure) refrigerants and low temperature (high pressure) refrigerants.
Commonly used freon refrigerants are R 12, R22, R502 and R 134 1a, but other types of refrigerants have been stopped or banned. I won't explain it here.
Freon 12(CF2CL2, R 12): It is one of the most widely used refrigerants in Freon, mainly used in small and medium-sized food warehouses, household refrigerators, water and road refrigeration transportation and other refrigeration devices. R 12 has good thermal performance and low refrigeration pressure. The air cooling or natural condensation pressure is about 0.8- 1.2KPa, and the standard evaporation temperature of R 12 is -29℃, so it is a medium temperature refrigerant. It can be used in small and medium-sized piston compressors to obtain a low temperature of -70℃. For large centrifugal compressor, the low temperature of -80℃ can be obtained. In recent years, the alternative refrigerant of refrigerator is R 134a.
22(CHF2CL (R22): It is one of the most widely used freon refrigerants, mainly used in household air conditioners and low-temperature refrigerators. The thermodynamic performance of R22 is similar to that of ammonia. The standard gasification temperature is -40.8℃, and the condensation pressure usually does not exceed 1.6MPa. R22 is non-combustible and non-explosive, so it is safer and more reliable than ammonia in use. The unit volume of R22 is about 60% higher than that of R 12, and the refrigeration capacity and saturation pressure at low temperature are higher than that of R 12 and ammonia water. In recent years, R 134a is mostly used to replace the refrigerant of large air conditioning chillers.
Freon 502 (r502): r502 is a * * * boiling solution, which is composed of R1.2% and R22 with percentages of 5/kloc-0 and 48.8%. Compared with R 1 15 and R22, R502 has better thermodynamic properties and is more suitable for low temperature. The standard evaporation temperature of R502 is -45.6℃, and the normal working pressure is similar to R22. Under the same working conditions, the refrigerating capacity per unit volume is greater than R22, but the exhaust temperature is lower than R22. R502 is used in totally enclosed, semi-enclosed or some medium and small refrigeration devices, and its evaporation temperature can be as low as -55℃. R502 is widely used in refrigerators.
Freon 134a(C2H2F4, R 134a) is a relatively new refrigerant, and its evaporation temperature is -26.5℃. Its main thermodynamic properties are similar to those of R 12, and it will not destroy the ozone layer in the air. It is an environmentally friendly refrigerant advocated in recent years, but it will cause greenhouse effect. It is an ideal alternative refrigerant for R 12.
Environmental protection refrigerants generally have the following types.
R- 134a (tetrafluoroethane) refrigerant. ※
R 134a is one of the main refrigerants recognized internationally to replace R 12. It is often used in automobile air conditioning, commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, as a foaming agent in the production of hard plastic insulation materials, and can also be used to prepare other mixed refrigerants, such as R404A and R407C.
Main uses: mainly replacing R 12 as refrigerant, widely used in automobile air conditioning and refrigerator refrigeration.
Product packaging: steel cylinder packaging, 13.6kg/ bottle, 400kg/ bottle, 1000kg/ bottle, ISO cans.
R-410a refrigerant ※
Physical and chemical characteristics: At normal temperature and pressure, R4 10A is a non-boiling mixed refrigerant without chlorofluoroalkyl, a colorless gas, and a compressed liquefied gas stored in a steel cylinder. Its ODP is 0, so R4 10A is an environmentally friendly refrigerant that does not destroy the atmospheric ozone layer.
Main uses: R4 10A is mainly used to replace R22 and R502. It is clean, low toxic, non-flammable and has good refrigeration effect. Widely used in household air conditioners, small commercial air conditioners and household central air conditioners.
Product packaging: steel cylinder packaging, 1 1.3kg/ bottle, 400kg/ bottle, 1000kg/ bottle, ISO cans.
R-407c refrigerant ※
Physical and chemical characteristics: R407C is a chlorine-free fluorinated alkyl non-boiling mixed refrigerant, colorless gas, and compressed liquefied gas stored in steel cylinders. Its ODP is 0, so R407C doesn't destroy large ... >; & gt
What is the name of the refrigerant in the air conditioner?
Refrigerant, also known as refrigerant, is commonly known as snow seed in some areas in the south. It is a working medium that circulates continuously in the refrigeration system and realizes refrigeration through its own state change. The refrigerant absorbs the heat of the cooled medium (water or air, etc.). ) evaporates in the evaporator and transfers heat to the surrounding air or water condensed in the condenser.
Commonly used refrigerants for air conditioning are R12.R22.R134a.R152a.r600a.h-01.RH.H.R404.R401.R/KLOC.
Commonly used refrigerants are r 12.r22.r134a.r152a.r600a, and generally, r12 can be used. R22 substitution
The refrigerant mixture of r152a.h-01.rh.h.r404.r152a and R22 can be replaced by R 12.
R404。 Mixed refrigerant R404. R 152a and R22 can be replaced by R22.
R 12 and R22 are usually not interchangeable.
Commonly used refrigerants in refrigerators are R 12, R 134, R600, r 152/R22 * * boiling.
R22 is a commonly used refrigerant for air conditioning, and R404 is a new refrigerant.
Refrigerator maintenance can be replaced with R 12.
When replacing R 134 system, it is necessary to replace the compressor system, mainly because of the difference of refrigeration oil, so the pipeline should be cleaned.
R404 for air conditioning maintenance is special, and manufacturers are not allowed to use R22 instead.

When the air conditioning refrigeration effect is not good, it is sometimes caused by insufficient air conditioning refrigerant, so it is necessary to add air conditioning refrigerant. So what is the air conditioning refrigerant? What is the working principle of air conditioning refrigerant? In this issue, I will introduce air conditioning refrigerant and its working principle to you.
Refrigerant, also known as refrigerant working medium, is the working medium of refrigeration cycle. It uses the phase change of refrigerant to transfer heat, that is, the refrigerant absorbs heat when it vaporizes in the evaporator and releases heat when it condenses in the condenser.
First, the working principle
When the air conditioner is in refrigeration operation, refrigerant gas with low temperature and low pressure is sucked by the compressor and pressurized into refrigerant gas with high temperature and high pressure. High-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas is released in the outdoor heat exchanger through the condenser (usually air-cooled air conditioner, that is, the radiating copper tube of the outdoor unit) and becomes a medium-temperature and high-pressure liquid (heat is taken away by outdoor circulating air). The medium-temperature and high-pressure liquid is expanded and depressurized by capillary to become a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid. Low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant is absorbed and evaporated by evaporator (copper tube of indoor unit) and becomes low-temperature and low-pressure gas (indoor air is cooled by heat exchanger surface to achieve the purpose of reducing indoor temperature), and low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas is sucked by compressor, and so on. Air conditioning refrigerant Air conditioning refrigerant Generally speaking, air conditioning refrigerant is a cycle of compression-condensation-expansion-evaporation in air conditioning system.
Two. Addition method
At normal temperature and pressure, R4 10A is a non-* * boiling mixed refrigerant without chlorofluoroalkyl, which is colorless and stored in steel cylinders. Combined with the characteristics of R4 10a[ 1], the application practice of R4 10a instead of HCFC22 in room air conditioning system is carried out, and theoretical analysis and system matching are carried out. Compared with HCFC-22, the heat transfer coefficient increases and the flow resistance decreases. Through system optimization and matching design, the performance (COP) has been greatly improved, reaching the A-class energy efficiency level in the European market.
Generally speaking, we can use low-pressure filling and static filling.
1. Turn on the air conditioner for refrigeration, and then start filling at low pressure. When filling to 0.35~0.55Mpa, observe the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner. If possible, the measured high pressure should not exceed 2.2Mpa.
2. When the air conditioner stops running, add fluorine from the fluorine adding place. Applicable when the system pressure reaches 0.8~0.9Mpa.
Leave the air conditioner on for 30 minutes and check it carefully.
4. The correct filling method, you must take your time when filling. After adding a little, let the air conditioner run for about 10 minutes, and then measure the pressure and current. If it is really unavoidable, add it a few times. It can't be based on the pressure and current at that time. In that case, it may be too much. When fluoride is added in winter, the coil of the four-way valve can be disconnected, or the indoor temperature sensor can be cooled manually to start refrigeration. Sometimes the air conditioner can operate in dehumidification mode, and the temperature requirement is not very high.
What is the refrigerant in the air conditioner?
The refrigerant used in air conditioning is generally R22, which is called Freon -22 or fluorine and fluorine -22 for short. Because it is found that this refrigerant has an impact on the ozone layer through research, those unscrupulous countries that have benefited from the use of this refrigerant for decades have proposed to control the use of this refrigerant.
Compared with R22, the newly developed refrigerant has little or no influence on the ozone layer. In fact, the main component is fluorine, but in order to distinguish it from R22 before, it is called new refrigerant.
Compared with R22, the related parameters of the new refrigerant are not as good as R22, and the only advantage is that it has little influence on the ozone layer.
It is not fluorine in the refrigerant that destroys the ozone layer, but other substances in the refrigerant. The new refrigerant is to remove or reduce those harmful substances.
The most famous refrigerant is ammonia, but ammonia is toxic, followed by R12,22 and so on. The characteristics of the new refrigerant do not exceed R22 and R 12.
What is the refrigerant for air conditioning?
I. Freon refrigerant
First, understand the definition of freon. Freon is the general name of halogen derivatives of saturated hydrocarbons, and it is a kind of refrigerant that appeared with the development of chemical industry in 1930s. Its appearance has solved the search for refrigerants in refrigeration and air conditioning industry. It can be seen from the definition of Freon that non-Freon r 134a, r4 10a and r407c are actually Freon.
The fluorine refrigerants we use in the refrigeration industry are r 1 1(cfcl3), r 12(cf2cl2), r22(chf2cl), r32(ch2f2), r 1 13(c2f3cl3 r 1 15(c2f5cl)、r 123(c2hf3cl2)、r 125(chf2cf3)、r 134a(ch2fcf3)、r 143a(ch3cf3)、r 14 1b(ccl2fch3)、r 144442 b(H3 C2 F2 cl)、r 6438
Freon can destroy the ozone layer because of the existence of cl element in refrigerant, and its ability to destroy the ozone layer increases with the increase of cl atom number, and decreases with the increase of H element content. The greenhouse effect is mainly caused by a large number of greenhouse gases such as co2 produced during the slow oxidation and decomposition of refrigerants. According to the molecular structure of freon refrigerants, they can be roughly divided into the following three categories:
1. chlorofluorocarbons: cfc for short, mainly including r 1 1, r 12, R13, r 1 14, R. At present, the use of such substances has been banned. In the process of manufacturing polyurethane sponge, r 1 1 has been used as a transitional substitute by R141B.
2. Hydrochlorofluorocarbons: hcfc for short, mainly including r22, r 123, r 14 1b, r 142b, etc. The ozone layer destruction coefficient is only a few percent of r 1 1. Therefore, at present, hcfc substances are considered to be the most cfc substances. R22 in Montreal Protocol is limited to be phased out in 2020, and r 123 is limited to 2030. Developing countries can postpone it by 10.
3. Hydrofluorocarbons: hfc for short, mainly including r 134a, r 125, r32, r407c, r4 10a, r 152, etc. The ozone layer destruction coefficient is 0, but the climate warming potential is great. In the Montreal Protocol, there is no time limit for its use, and it is classified as a greenhouse gas in the Kyoto Protocol of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.
The refrigerants we use at present are all Freon products, and no non-Freon refrigerants have been developed so far. Before developing new refrigerants, what we need to solve is which refrigerant to choose for air conditioning units, which will cause relatively little damage to the environment on which we depend. What we should explicitly ban is 1 product, not the second and third refrigerants.
Second, the comparison of several refrigerants
At present, in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry, in addition to the automobile air conditioning industry, other refrigeration equipment such as household refrigerators, air conditioners, food freezers, transportation refrigeration equipment, quick freezers, central air conditioners, etc. Basically, r22, a transitional refrigerant, is the main product. Judging from the products produced by the main domestic water chiller manufacturers, r22 refrigerant is widely used in piston and scroll water chillers. Screw chillers use r22 and r 134a refrigerants, but from the overall sales of 200 1 screw chillers, r22 refrigerant accounts for a considerable proportion. Centrifugal chillers use R22, r 123 and r 134a refrigerants, and the market sales of r 123 and r 134a products account for about 40% of the total.
To evaluate the quality of a refrigerant, I think the following factors should be considered comprehensively:
1. Ozone layer destruction potential value ...>& gt
What is the refrigerant used in air conditioning now?
It is used for air conditioning and refrigerator refrigeration. The damage to the atmosphere is quite great. The more we do, the more harm the earth will suffer, and we will get hotter and hotter and fall into a vicious circle. First, in many developed countries, including China, this thing is not used in new electrical appliances. That is, the common advertisement says: "Fluorine-free", so when you buy home appliances with your family and friends, you should choose fluorine-free and environmentally friendly ones, for yourself and for the future of future generations. Of course, home appliances are also more advanced.
What kind of refrigerant does household air conditioner use?
Commonly used refrigerant models of household air conditioners are R22 and R4 10a.
R22 is used in fixed-frequency air conditioners, which is a transitional refrigerant because of its destructive effect on the ozone layer.
R22 characteristics:
It is a colorless, almost tasteless gas at room temperature, which is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. Its toxicity is slightly higher than that of R 12, but it is still a safe refrigerant, and its safety classification is A 1. Pressurized liquid can be liquefied into colorless and transparent liquid. R22 has high chemical stability and thermal stability, especially in the absence of water, and cannot react with ordinary metals below 200℃. In the presence of water, it only reacts slowly with alkali. But it will crack at high temperature. R22 is a low-temperature refrigerant, which can obtain a refrigeration temperature of -80℃.
R4 10a is used for inverter air conditioning. It is a new type of environmental protection refrigerant, which does not destroy the ozone layer. Its working pressure is about 1.6 times that of ordinary R22 air conditioner, and its refrigeration (heating) efficiency is high, which improves the performance of air conditioner and does not destroy the ozone layer.
R4 10a features:
The new refrigerant R4 10a is composed of two quasi-boiling mixtures R32 and R 125, each accounting for 50%. The main components are hydrogen, fluorine and carbon (hfc), which is stable, non-toxic and has excellent performance. At the same time, because it does not contain chlorine, it will not react with ozone, that is, it will not destroy the ozone layer. In addition, the performance of air conditioners with new refrigerants will be improved to some extent. R4 10A is internationally recognized as the most suitable refrigerant to replace R22, and has been popularized in Europe, America, Japan and other countries. The global substitution trend and prospect of R4 10A in major international markets, and the trend of entering the international market.
What are the symptoms of air conditioning without refrigerant?
Without cooling heat, the internal machine will become a small fan, and long-term cooling may burn out the compressor and so on.
Are all air-conditioning refrigerants R22?
not exactly
Debate on the replacement of air conditioner R-22: MP agreement stipulates that the replacement of R-22 will be completed before 2030, but European countries will advance the replacement date. For example, Germany banned the use of R-22 on new equipment on June 65438+1 October12000.
At present, R4 10a and R407c have been used as refrigerants, such as R4 10 used in Japanese room air conditioners (RAC). In 2000, more than 10% of room air conditioners were replaced by HFCs.
What's the difference between various refrigerants in air conditioning?
Types of air-conditioning refrigerants Ammonia, Freon and hydrocarbons are widely used to compress refrigerants.
According to chemical composition, refrigerants can be divided into five categories:
Inorganic composite refrigerant, freon, saturated hydrocarbon refrigerant, unsaturated hydrocarbon refrigerant and boiling mixture refrigerant.
According to the condensation pressure, refrigerants can be divided into three categories:
High temperature (low pressure) refrigerant, medium temperature (medium pressure) refrigerant and low temperature (high pressure) refrigerant.
