How do universities charge?

1. One room, one meter and quota management shall be implemented for the electricity consumption in the student dormitory, that is, the method of paying for electricity within the quota free of charge and beyond the quota. The free electricity consumption quota of each student dormitory is calculated according to the school calendar days of each semester.

2. Recharge the fixed electricity fee

(1) Before the freshmen enter the school, the dormitory electricity sales room will charge the corresponding free amount of electricity for the freshmen. After the freshmen report for duty, the toll office will notify them to receive the freshmen IC card.

② When other students enter the school every semester, please hold the IC card to the recharge point of the electricity sales room in the dormitory to handle the procedure of recharging the free amount of electricity charge in the new semester.

3. When the remaining power in the meter reaches 10 degrees (at present, the alarm power in some dormitories is 30 degrees), the prepayment meter (ic card meter) will give an alarm prompt; For dormitories without IC card meters, relevant personnel will also remind them in time. Students who need electricity take their cards to the electricity sales room in the dormitory to buy electricity.

Unit price of electricity for student dormitory: 0.4883 yuan/kWh;

Maximum load of electricity consumption in student dormitory: 3kW；;

4. If the 4.IC card cannot be used due to loss or damage, please go to the electricity sales room of the student dormitory to reissue it in time. We will charge according to the cost price of IC cards, and each card will charge 20 yuan.

5. In order to avoid unnecessary losses caused by the damage of electricity meters or electricity sales cards after students buy electricity, we limit the purchase amount of electricity sales cards in student dormitories to 10 ~ 500 degrees.

6. IC card meters in student dormitories adopt the system of "one meter and one card". Each dormitory has an IC card for purchasing electricity, which cannot be exchanged and kept properly.

7. When new students enter school or apply for dormitory electric cards for the first time, each dormitory will send someone with valid documents to the student dormitory electricity sales room to receive the dormitory electric cards (free fixed electricity has been charged), and ic card production cost and deposit will not be charged.

When new students enter school, they can get the electricity purchase card from the dormitory electricity sales room at the time stipulated by the school. When graduates leave school, they can go to the dormitory electricity sales room to return their cards before leaving school.

When students leave school after graduation, adjust their dormitory or leave their original dormitory for other reasons, the electricity sales room in the dormitory will handle the refund procedures.
