How to punish unclear property identification?

1. This behavior violates the provisions of Article 32 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Safety in Production that "production and business operation entities shall set up obvious safety warning signs on production and business operation sites and related facilities and equipment with greater risk factors".

2. According to Item (1) of Article 96 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Safety Production Law, the property management company can be given an administrative penalty of 5,000 yuan.
