Xi' an Unicom company property

Our community is now building Unicom signal base stations.

I don't see a binding agreement. I wonder if there is an agreement with the company.

But the matters needing attention in construction can be considered from the following aspects:

1 negotiate the installation location so as not to damage other owner's building facilities outside this location.

2 The construction time is 8: 00 a.m.-12 and 0:30-6:00 p.m., and construction is not allowed at other times, so as not to affect the normal rest time of the owner at noon and night.

3 construction personnel to the property management personnel access card

The use or demolition of public buildings and facilities must be negotiated with the property and signed by the top management of the development and real estate company.

5 The construction must be supervised by the Property Engineering Department, and the damaged wall shall not be demolished at will.

When necessary, the construction unit may be required to pay a deposit.
