There shall be no acts endangering public health in the garage, dumping of garbage and toxic substances is prohibited, and noise sources shall be strictly controlled. Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the garage, and inflammable, explosive, toxic, harmful and radioactive substances are not allowed to enter the garage.
When entering and leaving the garage, you should drive in strict accordance with the prescribed route of the garage, and the main car should be courteous first according to the branch car, and you should not block the road and the garage entrance. The owner shall be responsible for the safety of the vehicle and its contents, properly keep the vehicle keys, vehicle certificate and access magnetic card, and there shall be no cash or valuables in the vehicle. When you leave, you should close the window glass, lock the door, lock the car and turn on the anti-theft device of the car. The position of the lock is maintained by the owner of the parking space.
Legal basis: Article 944 of General Principles of Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the owner shall pay the property fee to the property service provider as agreed. If the property service provider has provided services in accordance with the agreement and relevant regulations, the owner shall not refuse to pay the property fee on the grounds that he has not accepted or does not need to accept the relevant property services. If the owner fails to pay the property fee within the time limit in violation of the agreement, the property service provider may urge him to pay it within a reasonable time limit, and the property service provider may bring a lawsuit or apply for arbitration. The property service provider shall not stop power supply, water supply, heat supply and gas supply to demand payment of property fees.
