1, air conditioning section

According to the professional characteristics and use requirements of this project, after being familiar with the drawings and receiving the company's two requirements of "shutdown for 2 months during the Olympic Games" and "temporary heating this winter", I immediately organized xx project department to arrange the procurement and acceptance of materials from the aspects of material entry and inspection. After the acceptance of materials, organize the management of xx project department and the management of construction team to hold a production meeting, and ask xx project department to arrange the construction personnel reasonably, carry out sub-item and sub-division construction according to the system, and organize the construction personnel to carry out technical disclosure and safety disclosure. In view of the characteristics of ventilation engineering and the lack of ventilation foreman in the project department, I took the initiative to assume the responsibility of ventilation foreman, actively organized the ventilation specialty of xx project department to check and negotiate the ventilation drawings, and organized the specialty to install in a systematic way. In the absence of fine decoration drawings, go deep into the site with professional and technical personnel, measure the actual quantity, draw model details, and carry out large-scale construction after being signed and approved by Party A and the supervisor. Before the Olympic Games, the fresh air ducts above the fourth floor of the North and South Buildings were installed in place and passed the acceptance of Party A and the supervisor, laying a solid foundation for temporary heating this winter.

3, water supply and drainage part

Because the former foreman did not make a comprehensive arrangement for the work, the water supply and drainage construction failed to be installed as scheduled according to the construction progress. In the project, Shandong Wande outsourcing team only completed the riser part of the fire hydrant system, and other systems were not constructed. There were only 5-6 on-site construction personnel including welders, and the construction progress was seriously lagging behind. In this case, I took the initiative to communicate with Shandong Wande project manager and construction team leader, and jointly worked out the construction progress plan according to the actual situation, water supply and drainage drawings and negotiation requirements, increased construction personnel according to the schedule requirements, and arranged the construction process reasonably at the same time. When problems are found in the construction process, communicate with other professionals in time and make rectification to ensure that the problems are solved in the bud. After the sample section is signed and confirmed by professional engineers, Party A and supervision engineers, the outsourcing team will be organized to carry out large-scale construction, and 70% of the total water supply and drainage construction will be completed before the Olympics.

4. Materials and equipment

After my arrival, I actively cooperated with my colleagues in the company's equipment ministry of materials and equipment, reviewed the mobilization plan of materials and equipment left by the former section chief, and checked the professional drawings. Under the guidance of the new construction progress plan, I re-compiled the equipment and materials mobilization plan, and filled in the material schedule in advance according to the actual construction progress on site, so that the materials can arrive in time and ensure the continuity of on-site construction. To this end, I asked xx Project Department to reverse the construction period according to the requirements of Party A's heating acceptance time, break the routine when the equipment is not in place, and install air conditioning water supply and return pipes and fresh air water supply and return pipes upside down, and make sense and facts at the supervision meeting to win the consent of Party A and the supervision. As for the delivery time of the distribution manifold, due to the late ordering time of Tongbo Company, I turned to the leaders of the production technology department of the company for help for professional communication with the leaders of xx Company, and finally arrived two days before the acceptance of the heating company. In just two days, it is very difficult to install 1 water separator and 1 water collector, as well as more than 20 butterfly valves of different sizes and a large number of pipelines. Under such construction conditions, I organized the professional and technical personnel, foreman, quality inspection and all management personnel of xx Project Department to hold a production and installation meeting, at which the construction sequence of each department was arranged. On the premise of ensuring safety, we worked overtime and continuously for 24 hours, which ensured the heating acceptance of this project on time. At the same time, in the process of acceptance, our specialty has been highly praised and recognized by Party A and the supervisor.

6. Civil air defense component
