During this period, enterprises should protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees according to law.
During the first-level response to major public health emergencies in the province, resolutely put an end to all personnel gathering activities, suspend the on-site opening activities of real estate projects, suspend the off-line viewing activities of real estate intermediaries (except for self-sustaining property rental by enterprises), and suspend the on-site assessment business activities in key areas of the epidemic; All property management companies should strengthen personnel management and suspend the activities of brokers to take customers into the community to see the house. In addition, Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau requires all real estate enterprises to truthfully and timely submit relevant information to relevant departments. During the first-level response to major public health emergencies in the province, the 24-hour work will be reported to the district housing and construction bureaus and corresponding industry associations before 17:00 every day. All trade associations should timely summarize the epidemic prevention and control of enterprises in the industry and submit them to our bureau before 18:00 every day.
The competent departments of the real estate industry in each district shall establish an information sharing mechanism with relevant prevention and control departments such as streets and communities, keep abreast of the enterprises in their respective jurisdictions, make daily reports and records, and inspect and supervise enterprises when necessary.
If the main responsibility of each real estate enterprise is not in place, the resumption of work is not reported or does not meet the requirements of the specification, once verified, its related business activities or online signing will be suspended and recorded in the integrity management files of the real estate industry. If the circumstances are serious, resulting in the spread of the epidemic, the legal responsibility of the relevant personnel will be investigated according to law.
