Overseas Chinese Town Suhewan starts from Henan Middle Road in the east, Tibet Road in the west and Tiantong Road in the north. Along the coastline of Suzhou River, the mother river of Shanghai, there are transfer points for rail transit such as M8, M 10 and M 12, with convenient transportation. The project is 800 meters east of Waibaidu Bridge, connected with the General Post and Telecommunications Bureau, Pujiang Hotel (formerly Richard Hotel) and the Bund, across the river from Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone, and only 10 minutes' drive from mature business districts such as People's Square, Nanjing Road and Huaihai Road. There are scarce Suzhou River, Huangpu River and Lujiazui in the city center.
