What kind of experience is it to be routine by a property company?

Many properties don't have owners' committees, or they just exist in form. In fact, they don't care, but they are just displays. Members of the owners' committee do not know the basic knowledge of property management, nor do they know what functions and rights the owners' committee has, let alone how to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of owners. When they encounter problems, they can't beat the property company, or they just want to gain their own personal interests.
