Tsingtao Beer Street is located in Dengzhou Road, Shibei District. Yan 'an Second Road in the east and Shouguang Road in the west. The street is about 7 10 meters long. In order to create a beer culture in Qingdao, the Qingdao Municipal Government decided to transform Dengzhou Road into a beer street. That's the road in front of the former site of Tsingtao Brewery (No.56 Dengzhou Road). Dengzhou Road is a street with a long history, from which the context of Tsingtao Brewery originated. The old Tsingtao Brewery was transformed into Tsingtao Brewery Museum and was established as a national key cultural relics protection unit.

In 2005, Shibei District Government held a press conference on the opening ceremony of Tsingtao Beer Street, and announced that the opening ceremony of Tsingtao Beer Street would be held on August 6th 16: 30. The reconstruction of Beer Street starts from Yan 'an Second Road in the east and ends at Guangrao Road in the west, with a total length of nearly 1 1,000 m.. The total investment of the project is about 20 million yuan.

The buildings on the whole street have been re-lighted according to the European style, and the decoration of shops on both sides of the road is also integrated with the whole street. The most striking thing is the green of the road, which is the first colored road in the province. At present, there are 60 catering businesses providing beer in Beer Street, and tens of thousands of diners patronize it every day.
