Property management company charges for maintenance of water pipes

The water pipe in my house is broken. I bought the accessories myself, and they replaced them for me for free. Because your valve is broken, the property doesn't need to make any compensation for your damaged valve. You have to pay for the fittings yourself. As for the repair fee, our community actually collects it, but such a simple job is just screwing a pipe, and generally there is no charge.
