If the resettlement house meets certain conditions, it can apply for real estate license, such as legal land use right certificate, construction planning permit and construction permit. The source materials of land ownership mentioned in the preceding paragraph include the decision on the allocation of state-owned construction land, the contract for the assignment of the right to use state-owned construction land, the lease contract for the right to use state-owned construction land, and the approval document for the right to use state-owned construction land to invest in shares at a fixed price and authorize its operation. The application for registration of the right to use state-owned construction land above or underground shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of this article.
