Hunan Property Fee Vacant House Charge Standard 2022

The Notice of Zhuzhou Development and Reform Commission and Zhuzhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Opinions of Zhuzhou Property Service Charge (Zhufa Gaifa [2019] No.27) stipulates that vacant houses refer to ordinary commercial houses that have not moved in or have moved in for personal reasons, but have not been in for half a year, and their property service charge standard is 80%.

Chapter 24 of Part III of the Civil Code clearly stipulates the property service contract, which will be implemented on 202 1 1. Zhuzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission and Zhuzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau revised the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Property Service Charges in Zhuzhou as required. The Notice of Zhuzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission and Zhuzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau on Printing and Distributing the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Property Service Charges in Zhuzhou City (Zhufa Gaifa [2020]158No.) stipulates that since 202 1:

Notice of Xiangfa [2022] No.271:When the owner pays the property service fee for the vacant house that has gone through the house delivery formalities but has not yet moved in, he will pay the property service fee by no more than 90%, and the specific preferential range will be determined by the cities and counties. These Measures shall come into force as of May 6, 2022. Before the implementation of these measures, a property service contract has been signed and has not expired, and the property service and its charging standards are still implemented according to the original contract. After the contract expires or terminates, it shall be implemented according to the provisions of these measures.
