Hunan Property Fee Vacant House Charge Standard 2022

Notice of Xiangfa [2022] No.271:When the owner pays the property service fee for the vacant house that has gone through the house delivery formalities but has not yet moved in, he will pay the property service fee by no more than 90%, and the specific preferential range will be determined by the cities and counties. These Measures shall come into force as of May 6, 2022. Before the implementation of these measures, a property service contract has been signed and has not expired, and the property service and its charging standards are still implemented according to the original contract. After the contract expires or terminates, it shall be implemented according to the provisions of these measures.
