No, there are regulations, which stipulate the conditions for entering the qualification examination for property managers.

1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens, who abide by national laws and regulations, abide by professional ethics and meet one of the following conditions, may apply to take the qualification examination for property managers:

(1) Obtained technical secondary school education in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and worked for 10 years, including 8 years in property management.

(two) to obtain a college degree in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and to work for 6 years, including 4 years in property management.

(three) to obtain a bachelor's degree in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and have worked for 4 years, including 3 years in property management.

(4) Graduated from a double bachelor's degree or postgraduate program in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and worked for 3 years, including 2 years in property management.

(five) to obtain a master's degree in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and to engage in property management for 2 years.

(six) to obtain a doctorate in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and to engage in property management for 1 year.

(seven) to obtain other professional qualifications, degrees, working years and working years in property management are increased by 2 years.

Those who meet the above registration conditions, have been engaged in engineering or economic senior professional and technical positions before June 5438+February 3, 2004, and have been engaged in property management for at least 10 years, may be exempted from the two subjects of Basic System and Policy of Property Management and Property Management, and only participate in property management practice and property management.

Before June 10, 2006, those who met the registration requirements stipulated in People's Republic of China (PRC) Ministry Document No.95 [2005] and passed the property management practical subject examination in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Qualification Examination of Property Managers, when applying for the qualification examination of property managers held for the first time on June 10, 2006, met the following conditions.

(1) Persons who meet the registration requirements stipulated in Article 9 of the Interim Provisions on the Property Manager System may be exempted from the property management practice subject and only take the other three subjects. Those who take three subject exams must pass all the exams within two consecutive exam years.

(2) Those who meet the requirements of Article 5 of the Measures for the Implementation of the Qualification Examination for Property Managers only need to take the comprehensive ability examination for property management, and the other three subjects are exempt from the examination. Those who take the subject examination must pass at one time.
