What is the quality department?

According to the responsibilities, the quality department is divided into the following three categories:

(1) In this process, each operator should conduct independent inspection on the products produced, and select them when the quality is abnormal. If any major or special abnormality is found, it shall be reported to the section chief or group leader immediately, and an "Exception Handling Sheet" shall be issued in quadruplicate (see attached table).

Fill in the abnormal explanation, cause analysis and treatment countermeasures, and send them to the Quality Management Department to determine the abnormal reason and the responsible department, then hand them over to the relevant departments for countersignature according to the actual needs, and then send them to the General Manager's office to formulate the responsibility attribution and rewards and punishments. If there are cross-departmental or unclear responsibilities, send them to the General Manager for instructions. The first joint general manager's office, the second joint quality management department (production management), the third joint signing department and the fourth handling department.

(2) On-site supervisors at all levels have the responsibility to supervise their subordinates to carry out independent inspection, randomly check the quality of their respective processes at any time, and immediately deal with any defects or quality anomalies once they are found, and investigate the negligence responsibility of relevant personnel to ensure the product quality level and reduce the recurrence of anomalies.
