I have always liked Shenzhen and visited many places in China. I have been thinking about which city best meets all my expectations for life for a long time. To tell the truth, the high housing prices in Shenzhen once made me consider buying second-hand houses. There are many small property houses in Shenzhen that are particularly cheap. Because I am poor, I have studied it carefully. Generally, the prices of second-hand houses are above 2 million, and those farther away are above 1 million. However, I also saw 300,000-600,000 houses on the second-hand housing network, and later I learned that it was a small property right house.
What is a small property right house? Even when the government planning is not perfect, the houses built by village committees and other funds using local land do not have specific real estate licenses, and the property rights are registered in the collective property rights of village committees. I don't know much about this. After checking some information, I realized that there was no guarantee. Once the government wants to requisition this land, you will have nothing if you tear it down.
Regarding property rights, the normal commercial housing residential land is 70 years of property rights, and the commercial and residential land is 40 years of property rights. This may have been important last year, but there is a new policy this year. The new real estate policy stipulates that the "real estate license" will replace the "real estate license" in the future, and there will be no division of property rights. Because the land inside and outside Songshan Lake Scenic Area has not been approved, there are no new properties, and the price of the old properties is too high, so we have to consider the properties that can be reached by the surrounding car dealers in ten minutes. Then I only looked at the area near the Huawei base in Songshan Lake. The supporting facilities of the old city in the right area are relatively old, and the price of newly developed real estate is close to 20 thousand, so it was not considered. Most areas in the north are still under development and construction, and the price of new buildings is about 1.5 million. There are also planned intercity light rail and subway nearby, and it is also close to high-speed intersections, making it convenient to travel by car. Most importantly, it takes 6 minutes to reach Huawei's new base!

Since the proportion of houses is relatively large, it is necessary to consider the problem of children going to school in the future, but I am not particularly concerned about the school district. It is good to have good educational resources, but there is no need to force them. After all, David and I are two master students, so it should be no problem to help our children learn by ourselves. As for schools, it is enough to give them a good growth environment. There is no need to deliberately pursue high teaching quality and high competitiveness, which will be too destructive to children.
In my own school career, I remember that my parents didn't care much about my study since I was a child, and they didn't force me to go to key schools. On the contrary, I learned easily. What impressed me most was that when I was in primary school, I read fairy tales and bungee jumping almost every day. When I graduated from primary school, I was the first in the school.
Later, I went to college and graduate school, and met many great people, many of whom came from small towns with underdeveloped education. They never thought that the sky-high academic qualifications emphasized by others were so important. Whether you study well depends on your study habits, not on the so-called prestigious schools.

At present, it seems that all the above conditions of my favorite house have been met, from kindergarten to high school. As for whether it is a famous school or not, I don't know, because I'm not a local and don't know much about it. I heard that the local government gave preferential treatment to Huawei community, and the children of Huawei employees can enter Songshan Lake Middle School in the future (it is said that the proportion of students admitted to key universities is very famous in Guangdong Province), but in fact I didn't care too much about these. There is a hospital nearby, behind the building is a small commercial street that has been developed, and opposite it is a commercial plaza urban complex that is being developed. It is said that the subway station may also open nearby.
I have experienced many stories about this. Many people may not understand that since the demand is already very clear, isn't it easy to find it according to the area, house characteristics, distance and price? If you think so, are you making the same mistake as me? Young? Also? Naive.
Because in foreign countries, a lot of listing information can't be called directly, so we can only contact the real estate consultant and the real estate agent on WeChat. Problems needing attention in the house itself:

In order to "stand high and see far", many people like high floors. The ground floor may be humid, and it may be noisy if there is a shop downstairs. So if you have the conditions, it is recommended to choose the mid-range.
Orientation: Generally speaking, sitting facing south is the best orientation, because the sun shines directly in the south. Followed by the southeast, southwest, northeast, north and other directions, south-facing houses are generally warm in winter and cool in summer, with better lighting. So when my David went to see the house, he found that the orientation was directly proportional to the price. The house we like faces southwest, facing the garden villa area, and the opposite room faces northeast, facing the street commercial street, which is 3 square meters more, but the price is 50 thousand yuan cheaper.
