People's Republic of China (PRC) vaccine management law

Article 1 This Law is formulated with a view to strengthening vaccine management, ensuring vaccine quality and supply, standardizing vaccination, promoting the development of vaccine industry, and safeguarding public health and safety.

Article 2 This Law is applicable to the research, production, circulation, vaccination, supervision and administration of vaccines in People's Republic of China (PRC). Where there are no provisions in this Law, the provisions of laws and administrative regulations such as the Drug Administration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases shall apply.
