First, the recruitment principle

Second, the recruitment target and conditions

The recruitment targets are mainly those who have a nationally recognized bachelor's degree or above and meet the requirements of the recruitment position, and meet the following conditions:

Persons under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

(a) does not meet the recruitment conditions;

(2) fresh graduates of part-time colleges and universities (fresh graduates who are not studying in full-time colleges and universities on 20 12, cannot apply for the exam with their original academic qualifications);

(3) Servicemen;

(4) Persons who have not been dismissed from disciplinary action or are under disciplinary review;

Three. Recruitment procedures and methods

The recruitment work is carried out in accordance with the procedures of publishing recruitment information, organizing registration and qualification examination, written examination, interview, physical examination (including qualification review), determining the candidates to be hired and publicizing them, going through the examination and approval procedures according to the prescribed procedures, signing employment contracts, and going through employment procedures.

2. Matters needing attention in registration

(1) Applicants must provide valid ID card, education (degree), original and photocopy of teacher qualification certificate. People from all walks of life who graduated from 20 12 and have not yet obtained a diploma can apply for qualification examination on the basis of academic level, graduation time and "graduation from 20 12", who have completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan and passed the grades in all subjects, and the graduation certificate and transcripts issued by the education authorities in charge of self-study exams and adult education in various provinces and cities. At the time of registration, those who have passed the teacher qualification certification but have not yet obtained the teacher qualification certificate must provide a written certificate issued by the corresponding teacher qualification certification institution that "they meet the teacher qualification certification conditions, agree to recognize the teacher qualification of senior middle schools (or secondary vocational schools, junior middle schools, primary schools and kindergartens) and obtain the teacher qualification certificate before July 3 1 and July 20 12". Those who are not qualified to apply for teacher positions in vocational middle schools should obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate before September 20 13 1, otherwise they will be transferred to non-teaching positions. The relevant information provided by the applicants is untrue. If the graduates of the 20th12nd class fail to provide the original diploma before August 3rd12nd, their employment qualification will be cancelled.

On-the-job personnel must provide proof that the unit and the competent department agree to apply for the exam.

(2) Applicants are required to submit 3 recent bareheaded photos with the same background 1 inch, truthfully fill in the Application Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Langxi County Institutions (downloaded from langxi Human Resources and Social Security Network, printed on A4 paper), and sign the Letter of Commitment on Integrity. According to the document No.226 [2006] issued by the Provincial Price Bureau and the Finance Department, the written examination fee is 45 yuan for each subject and 90 yuan for each person.

(3) Each candidate is limited to one post. The ratio of the number of applicants to the number of positions recruited is 3: 1. If it is less than 3: 1, the recruitment for this position will be cancelled or the number of recruitment plans will be reduced accordingly. Before July 28th, 20 12, the original applicants who canceled the recruitment position will go to the Personnel Section of the County Education and Sports Bureau to declare other qualified positions or go through the examination avoidance procedures. (3) Examination

The examination is divided into two parts: written examination and interview.

1, written test

(1) written test subjects

The examination subjects are comprehensive knowledge and professional knowledge. All of them adopt the percentage scoring method.

(2) Written contents

Comprehensive knowledge: pedagogy and psychology. Total score 100.

"Professional knowledge": the professional knowledge required by the post shall prevail, and relevant contents shall be informed and distributed on the spot when registering. Total score 100.

(3) Time and place of written examination

Written test time: August 20 12, 15, 8: 00 am-10: 00 for comprehensive knowledge, 10: 30- 12: 00 for professional knowledge.

(4) Synthesis of written test scores: Synthesize written test scores according to the ratio of "comprehensive knowledge" to "professional knowledge" of 3: 7.

(5) Set the written test score of 50 as the minimum control score, and those who reach the minimum control score can enter the interview.

Step 2 interview

(2) Interview method: the interview is conducted in the form of trial lectures (lectures without students) and scored according to the scoring method of 100. Methods There are temporary topic selection, unified lesson preparation and trial lectures in sequence. According to the comprehensive score of written test, the interviewer is determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions 1: 2. If more than two people in the last place have the same score, they will enter the interview side by side. If the number of interviewees is less than or equal to the number of job recruitment plans, the interview scores must reach the average of the interview scores of the actual participants in the same examiner group on the same day before entering the medical examination. The members of the interview examiner group are all foreign examiners.

3. Total score synthesis

The total score is synthesized according to the ratio of the comprehensive written test score to the interview score of 6:4. The written test scores, interview scores and total scores are rounded to two decimal places.

(4) Physical examination and inspection (including qualification examination)

According to the comprehensive score, the physical examination and investigation objects are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions 1: 1 (if the total score is the same, it is determined from high score to low score according to the comprehensive score of written test. The physical examination shall be conducted in accordance with the Standards and Methods for Physical Examination of Applicants for Teachers' Qualification in Anhui Province, the Notice of Anhui Provincial Department of Education on Revising the Standards and Methods for Physical Examination of Applicants for Teachers' Qualification (No.56 [2004] of Jiao Mi) and the Notice on Further Improving the Physical Examination of Teachers' Qualification (No.201]1of Wan Shi). If there is a vacancy due to unqualified medical examination, it will be filled in equal amount according to the regulations. The County People's Social Security Bureau and the Education and Sports Bureau set up an investigation team to investigate the candidates, including their political performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance (academic performance) and whether they need to be avoided, and at the same time re-examine their application qualifications. If it is found that the relevant materials and information provided by the applicant are untrue or unqualified, the employment qualification shall be cancelled and supplemented in equal amount according to the regulations, and the replenishment shall not exceed twice.

(V) Publicity: Every link of recruitment should be publicized on the website of langxi Human Resources and Social Security for 3 days, including the relevant information of the person to be recruited for 7 days.

(VI) Employment: If there is no objection to the publicity of the personnel to be employed or the problems reflected will not affect the employment, the competent department of the recruiting unit will organize the selection of units and professional posts according to the total score, and submit an employment report to the county human resources and social security bureau after the employment. After being approved by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the employer must sign an employment contract with it within 15 days (the first employment period is three years or more) and go through the employment procedures. All employees implement the probation system. After the probation period, those who pass the examination will go through the formal employment procedures, and those who fail the examination will terminate the employment relationship.
