The recruitment targets are mainly those who have a nationally recognized bachelor's degree or above and meet the requirements of the recruitment position, and meet the following conditions:

Three. Recruitment procedures and methods

People from all walks of life who graduated from 20 12 and have not yet obtained a diploma can apply for qualification examination on the basis of academic level, graduation time and "graduation from 20 12", who have completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan and passed the grades in all subjects, and the graduation certificate and transcripts issued by the education authorities in charge of self-study exams and adult education in various provinces and cities. At the time of registration, those who have passed the teacher qualification certification but have not yet obtained the teacher qualification certificate must provide a written certificate issued by the corresponding teacher qualification certification institution that "they meet the teacher qualification certification conditions, agree to recognize the teacher qualification of senior middle schools (or secondary vocational schools, junior middle schools, primary schools and kindergartens) and obtain the teacher qualification certificate before July 3 1 and July 20 12". Those who are not qualified to apply for teacher positions in vocational middle schools should obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate before September 20 13 1, otherwise they will be transferred to non-teaching positions. The examination is divided into two parts: written examination and interview.

(4) Synthesis of written test scores: Synthesize written test scores according to the ratio of "comprehensive knowledge" to "professional knowledge" of 3: 7.

(2) Interview method: the interview is conducted in the form of trial lectures (lectures without students) and scored according to the scoring method of 100. Methods There are temporary topic selection, unified lesson preparation and trial lectures in sequence. According to the comprehensive score of written test, the interviewer is determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions 1: 2. If more than two people in the last place have the same score, they will enter the interview side by side. If the number of interviewees is less than or equal to the number of job recruitment plans, the interview scores must reach the average of the interview scores of the actual participants in the same examiner group on the same day before entering the medical examination. 3. Total score synthesis

The total score is synthesized according to the ratio of the comprehensive written test score to the interview score of 6:4. The written test scores, interview scores and total scores are rounded to two decimal places.

(4) Physical examination and inspection (including qualification examination)

The physical examination shall be conducted in accordance with the Standards and Methods for Physical Examination of Applicants for Teachers' Qualification in Anhui Province, the Notice of Anhui Provincial Department of Education on Revising the Standards and Methods for Physical Examination of Applicants for Teachers' Qualification (No.56 [2004] of Jiao Mi) and the Notice on Further Improving the Physical Examination of Teachers' Qualification (No.201]1of Wan Shi). If there is a vacancy due to unqualified medical examination, it will be filled in equal amount according to the regulations. The County People's Social Security Bureau and the Education and Sports Bureau set up an investigation team to investigate the candidates, including their political performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance (academic performance) and whether they need to be avoided, and at the same time re-examine their application qualifications. If it is found that the relevant materials and information provided by the applicant are untrue or unqualified, the employment qualification shall be cancelled and supplemented in equal amount according to the regulations, and the replenishment shall not exceed twice.
