How often is the elevator maintained?

Ordinary passenger elevator: it should be maintained at least once a month and overhauled once a quarter.

Special elevators, such as freight elevators, sickbed elevators and disabled elevators, shall be maintained at least once a month and overhauled once every six months.

Escalators and moving sidewalks: Maintain them at least once a month and overhaul them once a year.
