According to the latest Zhengzhou property management regulations, the provisions on the payment of property fees for vacant houses in Zhengzhou are as follows:

1, the house has been completed but not yet sold, or it is not delivered to the property buyer on schedule due to the reasons of the development and construction unit, and the property service fee or property service fund shall be paid in full by the development and construction unit;

2. For vacant houses that are temporarily not occupied due to the owner's own reasons, the property service fee shall be paid at 50% of the stipulated or agreed fee standard within half a year, and at 70% of the stipulated or agreed fee standard for those that have not been occupied for more than half a year.
