If you rent an office building, please change the lights for the property. Should the property charge a service fee?

The Property Management Regulations stipulate that the property is responsible for the cleaning, greening, order and maintenance of public areas, excluding the indoor part of a single property. If services are needed, a service contract shall be signed separately with the realty service enterprise.

In other words, the regional property service enterprises outside the apartment you rent can only manage it, and some indoor maintenance has to pay a certain fee. Even if you buy consumables yourself, you need to bear the labor cost of on-site installation of the property.

You can check the lease agreement signed with the landlord to find out who should bear this part of the cost.
