What should I do if the pipeline maintenance of the property destroys the owner's interior decoration?

This problem should be viewed from two aspects:

1. If the water leakage downstairs is due to water leakage or waterproof problems in your home, you shall bear the loss yourself;

2. If the water leakage is found not because of your home, but because of the original drainage pipe or other reasons, then the property owner or the downstairs owner should be responsible for the maintenance.

The most important thing is to see whether the ground and corner have been waterproof when you renovated, or whether you have done a closed water test before renovation. There are many situations about this problem, which I can't explain clearly at the moment.
