Which major is better, marketing or property management? Why?

I study marketing myself, and feel that marketing is better than property management. If you want to exercise yourself to better contact with the society, it is better to study marketing and the property is relatively closed. Besides, every year, so many property management graduates can't find their jobs and have to do something else, but marketing is different. Now all walks of life need to sell, but you only sell the industry you see. Marketing is characterized by inexperience in all walks of life. However, all walks of life know that it is ok to do some work and deepen your study. Generally speaking, marketing is more promising, but from the perspective of employment, you can investigate that the employment rate of marketing is the highest, because sales are indispensable in all walks of life now, but the nature is different and the required personnel are fixed. Nowadays, many professionals only do sales and grab the job of marketing, but learning marketing is different.
