However, professional courses should take operational research or western economics. Followed by Tsinghua, Zhejiang University, Xi 'an Architecture and Chongqing University. The examination for specialized courses is generally engineering economics.

There are many directions in engineering management specialty, such as engineering project management direction and engineering cost direction. At present, there are many directions of engineering project management in graduate schools.
