The property has the right to keep the decoration workers out. Before the start of residential interior decoration project, the decorator shall declare and register with the property or housing management agency, and the property can stop and report the noise or environmental pollution within the property management scope.

The decorator shall declare and register with the property management enterprise or the housing management institution (hereinafter referred to as the property management unit) before the start of the residential interior decoration project. Non-owner residential users shall obtain the written consent of the owner for decorating the residential interior.

Article 53 of the Regulations on Property Management

If the owner needs to decorate the house, he shall inform the property service enterprise in advance. The realty service enterprise shall inform the owners of the prohibited acts and matters needing attention in the house decoration.
