2. Unless otherwise agreed, the power supply facilities under the responsibility of both parties shall not be operated or changed without the consent of the other party. When it involves endangering the safety of power grid and electricity consumption, or may cause personal injury or equipment damage, or default on electricity consumption, electricity theft or arrears; The power supplier can change or operate the power supply equipment of power users according to the actual situation.

3. The power metering device and power load management device installed in the power receiving device of power users are maintained and managed by the power supplier, and the power users are responsible for protecting and monitoring their normal operation; If there is any abnormality, the power user shall notify the power supplier in time.

4, the legal liability caused by power supply facilities accidents, according to the "power supply business rules" provisions of article fifty-first. Three, power supply facilities safety management responsibility

1. The power supplier shall continue to provide qualified power supply to the power users in accordance with the provisions of the power supply contract between the two parties. 2. Users should regularly check, repair and test all their electrical equipment, take measures to prevent electric shock, eliminate hidden dangers in time and prevent electrical equipment accidents. ? 3. The power supplier has the right to check the power consumption of the power users according to the Measures for the Administration of Power Consumption Inspection. During the inspection, the electric power inspectors shall show the electric power users the electricity consumption inspection and verification form, and the electric power users shall send personnel to accompany and cooperate with the inspection.

4. It is forbidden for power users to change the operation mode of low-voltage system without authorization, and it is forbidden to use electricity in one place and one line. 5. Hooks, broken wires, ground climbing wires and wires with unqualified insulation are strictly prohibited. 6. It is forbidden for users to pick up the broken power cord; When it is found that the safe distance between the wire and the ground is not enough or damaged, no one is allowed to get close to it. Stay away from the dangerous point and damaged point of the wire for 8 meters, protect the site and immediately report to the electrician for treatment; So as not to expand the scope of the accident. 7. If the user finds someone getting an electric shock, don't pull the electric shock with your bare hands, and disconnect the power supply as soon as possible. 8. Electricity users shall timely prune or cut down trees and bamboos that may endanger the corridors of power lines. 9. Electricity users should install leakage protectors as required; Power users fail to install the leakage protector as required, dismantle the installed leakage protector without authorization, and adjust the setting value of the leakage protector without authorization. The responsibility for accidents caused by this shall be borne by power users. 10, power leakage protector maintenance should be carried out by professionals, if there is any abnormal phenomenon in operation, it should be handled by the power supplier electrician. ?

Four. Agreed matters and liabilities for breach of contract 1. If the electricity user fails to perform the maintenance and inspection obligations in accordance with the agreement, resulting in the operation of electrical equipment with diseases and potential safety hazards, the power supplier has the right to directly suspend power supply to the electricity user. 2. The power supplier shall put forward written rectification opinions on the hidden dangers of the user's electrical equipment; After the rectification, the power users should make timely acceptance. 3. The electricity user shall apply in writing to the power supplier for temporary electricity use in advance, and the wires, plugs, sockets and switches required for the installation of power equipment and temporary electricity use shall be marked with the requirements for safe electricity use; During the period of temporary electricity use, a special person shall be appointed to keep the temporary electricity facilities, and they shall be dismantled in time after use. 4. Electric shock accidents caused by unauthorized electricity connection and illegal electricity use; Power users must bear all legal responsibilities according to law. 5. If the user fails to implement this agreement or the management is not in place, causing personal and equipment damage to the power supplier or society, it shall be handled according to the relevant provisions of the Power Supply Business Rules.
