Function and technical description of overload alarm non-trip circuit breaker

1. Use and scope of use

ZHCM 1b series overload alarm non-tripping circuit breakers (overload alarm non-tripping switch, overload alarm non-tripping circuit breaker) have thermomagnetic function and thermal overload alarm non-tripping function. The non-release device consists of five parts: bimetal, linkage, plastic bracket, plastic pull rod and micro switch. Its principle is that when the rated current reaches overcurrent tripping, the bimetal starts to work. The linkage is driven to push the plastic traction rod in the specified direction, so that the normally open contact of the microswitch is closed, and only the overload signal is output. The microswitch is connected with the peripheral alarm circuit to realize the overload alarm function of the thermomagnetic plastic case circuit breaker without tripping.

The circuit breaker with this function does not trip (does not trip), but only outputs overload signals to ensure the continuity of power supply, which meets the requirements of Article 6.3.6 of Code for Design of Low Voltage Distribution (GB50054-20 1 1), "The overload protection of lines with serious consequences due to overload power failure should not cut off the lines, but can be used as signals". Moreover, it has the alarm characteristics of overload and long delay action, and the non-trip function can meet the requirements of continuous power supply in special places such as fire protection, chemical industry and medical treatment.
