Paragraph 1 of Article 10 is amended as: "The public security organ shall do a good job in the supervision and administration of public security within the property management area, and investigate and deal with illegal acts affecting public safety and public order within the property management area according to law"; The third item is amended as: "The development and reform department should do a good job in the research and formulation of property service charging policies"; Delete item 4; Item 6 is amended as: "The market supervision and management department shall do a good job in the safety supervision of elevators, boilers, pressure vessels and other special equipment and the supervision and inspection of property service charges within the property management area, and investigate and deal with illegal acts of property service charges according to law"; Items 5 to 7 should be changed to items 4 to 6 accordingly. 3. The second paragraph of Article 15 is amended as: "In the property management area, more than 30 owners or owners accounting for more than 5% of the total owners may jointly submit a written application for the establishment of the owners' meeting to the township people's government and sub-district offices where the property is located". Four, delete the second item of article fifty-third, and the third item shall be revised as the second item accordingly. The "measures" of Langfang city property management shall be revised according to this amendment and re-promulgated.
