It is illegal to throw dead mice at the door of the property.

According to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, no unit or individual may engage in the following activities:

(a) unauthorized import and export of goods and containers prohibited or restricted from overseas, other parts of China and cities;

(2) Producing, trading and using blood and blood products prohibited by the state;

(three) the production, operation and use of unapproved or unsterilized medical treatment, drugs and medical devices;

(four) the production, marketing and use of food that does not meet the hygiene standards;

(five) the production, operation and use of cosmetics and detergents that do not meet the hygiene standards;

(six) the sale of imported cosmetics and detergents without approval and without the implementation of disinfection regulations;

(seven) the sale of disinfection products without approval and without the implementation of disinfection regulations;

(8) selling imported animals, animal products and aquatic products without valid quarantine certificates;

(nine) the sale of animals, animal products and aquatic products that have died or died of unknown causes;

(10) Selling and transporting meat and animal fat that have not passed quarantine inspection;

(eleven) selling, transporting, carrying and using imported goods without legal sources;

(twelve) misappropriation, theft, corruption and destruction of epidemic prevention items.

Therefore, it is illegal for the property to throw dead mice at the door and should be punished accordingly.
