How does the Civil Code stipulate the property fee?

Property fees are generally determined by the government-guided price and the property area. The government-guided price is Grade I 1 yuan/square meter, Grade II 0.75 yuan/square meter, Grade III 0.35 yuan/square meter and Grade IV 0.35 yuan/square meter. The property area multiplied by the unit price of the property fee multiplied by 12 months is the one-year property fee.
