1. What are the main responsibilities of village committee members?

1, the responsibilities of the villagers' committee:

(a) to carry out work under the leadership of the party organization and be responsible to all villagers;

(two) to organize and lead the villagers to complete the tasks assigned by their superiors;

(three) to preside over the meetings of villagers' representatives, villagers' committees and villagers' small group leaders and report their work;

(four) to inspect and supervise the development of the work and the implementation of the village rules and regulations, and report to the township government;

2. Legal basis: Article 32 of the Organic Law of Villagers' Committees of the People's Republic of China.

The village shall establish a supervision committee or other forms of village affairs supervision institutions, be responsible for the democratic financial management of villagers, and supervise the implementation of the village affairs publicity system. Its members are elected by the villagers' meeting or the villagers' representative meeting among the villagers, among whom there should be personnel with accounting and management knowledge. Members of villagers' committees and their close relatives shall not serve as members of village affairs supervision institutions. Members of village affairs supervision institutions are responsible for villagers' meetings and villagers' representative meetings, and may attend meetings of villagers' committees as nonvoting delegates.

2. What are the responsibilities of the owners' committee?

1 The owners' committee implements the decisions of the owners' meeting and performs the following duties:

(a) to convene a meeting of the owners' congress and report on the implementation of property management;

(seven) to formulate plans for the renovation and reconstruction of buildings and their ancillary facilities, and report them to the owners' congress for decision;

(eight) to deal with violations of management regulations.
