The equipment layer includes the machine room and the pump room.

1. computer room: responsible for providing air conditioning, ventilation, heating, security, electricity and other facilities for the whole community to ensure the basic comfort requirements of residents' daily life.

2. Pump house: providing various hydraulic power support for daily operation such as water use, fire fighting and shuttle elevator for Fenghua Xindu in Shicheng.

3. Pipeline: The pipeline system of this floor is composed of various types of pipelines, cables and lines, which is difficult to protect and maintain. Relevant codes and measures shall be implemented during design and construction.
