The key development and construction plan is at the junction of Jiangnan, Guangdong and Guangxi provinces in Wanxiu District of Wuzhou City.

In order to speed up the construction of a strong traffic city and promote the comprehensive development of Wuzhou's overall traffic, this plan is formulated according to the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for Wuzhou's National Economic and Social Development and the Outline of Long-term Goals in 2035.
