3, distribution box, switch box has abnormal noise, such as leakage protector protection device alarm, empty opening and closing, etc. You can't use it after reset! Timely report the need for power outage inspection and maintenance.

4, temporary power lines, found that the cable overheating, there may be overload phenomenon, report in time. If it is necessary to replace the cable or solve the problem, the power supply should be cut off (generally, the indoor and outdoor projects in the early stage of management should be constructed after inspection).

5. If the indicator lights of high-rise buildings, variable-frequency water pumps and variable-frequency cabinets give an alarm, decide whether to cut off the power for maintenance (mostly pump failure) as the case may be.

6, high and low voltage distribution room, π junction room, weak current room, found a lot of water (after the rain, running water), need to turn off the power before cleaning, (if it is π junction room water, need to contact the power supply unit to turn off the switch station power supply).

7, water pump, fan, elevator room and other motor equipment such as abnormal noise, overheating, and so on and so forth, oil gun refueling still can't solve, report to the leadership. Power outage check!

8. When the water at the bottom of the elevator shaft reaches a certain height (which may burn out the weak current motherboard), measures should be taken to turn on the switch to pump water when necessary.

9, found that iron fence, lawn fence charged phenomenon, timely report, may be lawn lamp and buried pipeline leakage, timely report power outage maintenance.

10, if someone gets an electric shock, report it in time and cut off the power supply if necessary.

12. Within the management area, merchants, tenants, etc. Using the meter reading and charging mode, the total score table cannot be reconciled many times. If you suspect that there may be stealing electricity, you should report to the leader and cut off the power supply if necessary.
