The inspection found that the property service enterprises in the three communities all used elevator advertisements, water vending machines and other public parts and public facilities to operate.

Beijing Hua Teng Century Property Management Co., Ltd., a property service enterprise in Xinjingjiayuan, Dongcheng District, and Beijing Guotai Shunda Property Management Co., Ltd., a property service enterprise in Lianri Lvdao Community, Chaoyang District, all have the problems that public income has not been accounted separately and public income and expenditure has not been publicized as required, which leads to the problem that all owners in the community cannot know and supervise the specific income and expenditure of public income. In this regard, Dongcheng District Housing Construction Committee and Chaoyang District Housing Management Bureau have given warnings to the above-mentioned property service enterprises and ordered them to make corrections, and they still fail to make corrections within the time limit.

Beijing Hongluze Property Management Co., Ltd., a property service enterprise of Dingxiu Jinruijiayuan in Fengtai District, uses public facilities in the community, but it cannot provide relevant certification materials approved by more than half of the owners of the community, and is suspected of using public facilities in the community without authorization. Fengtai District Housing Management Bureau has filed an investigation on this issue, and will impose a fine of more than 50,000 yuan and less than 200,000 yuan once verified. At the same time, Beijing Hongluze Property Management Co., Ltd. is required to fulfill the obligation of discouraging and stopping in time and report it to the relevant law enforcement departments for handling.

In the next step, the municipal housing management department will further improve the system and clarify the matters, processes and standards that property companies need to disclose. At the same time, we will further strengthen the law enforcement inspection of illegal use of public parts and public facilities in residential areas to operate property enterprises, resolutely investigate and punish illegal enterprises according to law, and publicly expose them.
