In this regard, Dongcheng District Housing Construction Committee and Chaoyang District Housing Management Bureau have given warnings to the above-mentioned property service enterprises and ordered them to make corrections, and they still fail to make corrections within the time limit.

Beijing Hongluze Property Management Co., Ltd., a property service enterprise of Dingxiu Jinruijiayuan in Fengtai District, uses public facilities in the community, but it cannot provide relevant certification materials approved by more than half of the owners of the community, and is suspected of using public facilities in the community without authorization. Fengtai District Housing Management Bureau has filed an investigation on this issue, and will impose a fine of more than 50,000 yuan and less than 200,000 yuan once verified. At the same time, Beijing Hongluze Property Management Co., Ltd. is required to fulfill the obligation of discouraging and stopping in time and report it to the relevant law enforcement departments for handling.
