The property gave away my balcony. Can I refuse to pay the property fee?

It is suggested to negotiate and communicate with the property because of the balcony, but it is not within the legal scope of not paying the property fee.

In the latest property management regulations, the owner can refuse to pay the property management fee under the following eight circumstances:

1. The property fee shall be collected from the date when the owner receives the notice of repossession, not from the date when the property is delivered as agreed in the house purchase contract. If the developer fails to notify the owner to repossess the building, so the repossession is delayed, the owner may refuse to pay the property fee during this period;

Four, the poor quality of property services can be temporarily refused, but there must be strong evidence, and find a substantive solution;

5. If the services provided by the property are not stipulated in the contract or without the consent of the owner, the owner has the right to refuse;

Six, the property company without authorization to raise the standard of property service charges, the owners can refuse to pay the unauthorized increase.

Seven, due to housing quality problems have not been delivered, the property fee paid by the developer;

Eight, the property company does not have the original approval documents of the price management department, and the owner can refuse to pay.
