The general principle of the organization of Nanning Property Management Industry Association is lean, efficient and multi-functional. The Association has established a four-level management and implementation framework: General Assembly, Council, Chairman and Secretariat. The general meeting is composed of members and is the highest authority of the association. The Council is composed of all governing units and is the executive body of the General Assembly. The president is democratically elected by the general assembly and is the legal representative of the association. The secretariat is the permanent body of the Association.

The secretariat consists of two business departments: the member service center and the industry credit management department. The main function of "Member Service Center" is to provide members with comprehensive services such as legal consultation, complaint coordination and training in property management, including three business branches: property management legal policy consultation department, training department and planning department. The function of "Industry Credit Management Department" is mainly to cooperate with the corresponding policies of the competent bureau, carry out the collection, disclosure and management of credit information of property service enterprises and employees, strive to maintain and establish industry credit, and establish a fair and honest property service management mechanism.

In addition, the Association has set up a property management bidding committee, which is responsible for the bidding agency of property management, cooperates with the competent authorities to promote the pre-bidding system of property management, safeguards the rights and interests of property service enterprises in the pre-bidding of property management, and improves the competition mechanism of property management in our city.

The association has set up a finance department. The Finance Department is responsible for the financial management of the Secretariat and implements an independent accounting system. At the same time, the finance department is also responsible for the collection and management of the association's data files and the efficient integration of the association's human resources.

At present, the Association has 159 members, including 25 governing units. There are 5 first-class property management qualified enterprises 15, 25 second-class property management qualified enterprises, and 9 third-class property management qualified enterprises 1 19. The property management area managed by member units accounts for more than 85% of the total property management area in Nanning.
