Chapter I General Provisions In order to improve the quality of students, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, and ensure the smooth completion of enrollment, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, and in combination with the actual situation of schools.

Rule number one. These Articles of Association are applicable to undergraduate and junior college enrollment of Qufu Normal University.

Qufu Normal University, founded in 1955, is a provincial key university in Shandong Province. College volunteers: according to the principle of "clearing volunteers", that is, according to the order of college volunteers reported by candidates, the candidates who are the first to apply for our school are admitted from high scores to low scores. If you are not satisfied with the first school's volunteers, you will not refuse candidates who are not volunteers from the first school.

Professional volunteers: Professional volunteers are distributed according to the principle of "score first". When the candidates' scores are not up to the professional volunteers reported by the candidates, if the candidates obey the professional adjustment, the school will adjust from high score to low score according to the candidates' cultural course scores to the majors whose enrollment plan has not been completed until the enrollment is full; Candidates will be dismissed if they don't obey the professional adjustment.

Twentieth art and sports majors are ranked according to the scores of candidates' professional courses from high to low. When the professional rankings are parallel, the students will be selected according to their cultural achievements from high to low.

After students enter school, general education and basic subject education are implemented in the first grade regardless of major. Thirty-third students who drop out of school or are expelled from school due to school disciplinary action will be refunded the remaining tuition and accommodation fees on a monthly basis according to the actual study time of the students. The study time of students is calculated as 10 month per year.

Article 35. In case of any inconsistency between the Articles of Association and the national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies of the superior, the national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies of the superior shall prevail.

Article 36 The school reserves the right to investigate the responsibility of institutions or individuals engaged in illegal enrollment publicity activities in the name of Qufu Normal University.
