In the above preparation process, pine needles are steamed in a steamer at 90- 100℃ for 3 minutes, which can remove the waxy astringency of leaves and ensure that nutrients are not lost. The temperature in the steamer is preferably 95℃.
In the above preparation process, pine needles are soaked in alum solution with the weight percentage concentration of 10% for 24 hours, so that pine needle tea with low rosin content can be applied to a wider range of people.
In the above preparation process, pine needles are baked in an oven at 200-300℃ for 30 seconds, which can not only dry pine needles and facilitate processing, but also keep the nutritional components from being destroyed. The optimum baking temperature is 250℃.
