Pine needle tea can be made of pine needles alone, which has the effects of preventing hyperlipidemia, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and resisting aging. It can be mixed with other traditional Chinese medicines, so that some medicinal effects of pine needle tea are more prominent and can be selected by people with different needs.

1, pine needle processing:

1) wash pine needles for 3 times;

2) put the cleaned pine needles into a steamer at 90- 100℃ and steam for 3 minutes; Drainage;

3) soaking the steamed and drained pine needles in alum solution with the weight percentage concentration of 65438+/-00% for 24 hours;

4) Wash the soaked pine needles with a cleaning machine for three times, and drain the water;

5) Immediately put the cleaned and drained pine needles into a hot oven and bake at 200-300℃ for 30 seconds;

6) sending the dried pine needles into a dry pulverizer, cutting into sections of 65438+/-0 cm, hammering at the same time, and sieving with a 40-mesh sieve;

3, mixed packaging:

1) Send the pine needles and raw materials to be screened into a mixing and packaging machine, mix them evenly and package them, with 3-8g in each bag;

2) Add 5- 10% of the total weight of pine needles and raw materials to be screened, mix well, and package, with 3-8g in each bag.

In the above preparation process, pine needles are steamed in a steamer at 90- 100℃ for 3 minutes, which can remove the waxy astringency of leaves and ensure that nutrients are not lost. The temperature in the steamer is preferably 95℃.

In the above preparation process, pine needles are soaked in alum solution with the weight percentage concentration of 10% for 24 hours, so that pine needle tea with low rosin content can be applied to a wider range of people.

In the above preparation process, pine needles are baked in an oven at 200-300℃ for 30 seconds, which can not only dry pine needles and facilitate processing, but also keep the nutritional components from being destroyed. The optimum baking temperature is 250℃.
