We entered the Beijing real estate market from 1995, thus establishing Xiangjiang International's position in developing real estate in China. During this period, * * * developed major projects such as Beijing International Friendship Garden, Digital Building, Beijing Fortune Center, Nanxincang International Building and Xiangjiang Villa, and expanded its business to other cities in China in 2002, including Xi, Qingdao and Chongqing.

It is understood that since 2002, Zhangzhou Xiangjiang Real Estate has won the golden plot of Xiyangping Old Town, but as a Zhangzhou native, as far as I know, it was a low-lying land at that time. Indeed, at that time, this land was low-lying and did not have the development conditions at all, which is also the reason why the project was delayed. It was not until Zhangzhou Flower Expo and Ruijing Road were opened to traffic the year before last that Xiangjiang New Town really had the conditions for development and construction. In recent years, we have been busy with municipal planning and construction, and have been working hard for the goal of "meeting both municipal requirements and residents' needs".

Because of this opportunity, we have enough time for product design, positioning and finding new partners. Of course, this period is also a process of continuous team growth and technical upgrading. It is after we have made full preparations that we present our products to the public and welcome the inspection of Zhangzhou people.

Back to the previous question, this land was indeed a low-lying land at that time. Zhangzhou city is located in the triangle alluvial zone where Xixi and Beixi meet in Jiulong River. The overall terrain is inclined to the east, high in the west and low in the east, with dense urban ditches and harbors. There are three Xiangjiang River systems in the west, Putou Port and Jiujiuwan River systems in the east, and inland rivers such as Huancheng River, Sizhou River and Traffic Port are distributed in the central city. Whenever typhoons and rainy seasons come, city residents have to pinch a cold sweat. After we got this land, we experienced two big typhoons, but Xiangjiang New Town was safe and sound. The main reason is that in 2003, Xiangjiang New Town adopted the advanced "box culvert improvement scheme" for Sanxiang River flowing through the project. According to the development experience of Xiangjiang Group's real estate projects in many cities in China, and considering the long-term interests of residential areas, Xiangjiang New Town plans to adopt the drainage scheme of quoting the advanced experience of foreign urban sewage drainage and replacing the traditional small-diameter ditch pipe network with large inner cage box culvert. However, at the beginning of the scheme, the progress of the "box culvert project" was not smooth. In the end, Xiangjiang Real Estate promised to bear the construction cost of box culvert with its own subsidies, and finally put it into practice with the approval and support of the municipal government, creating a feat of reconstruction of large-diameter underground sealed box culvert drainage system in Zhangzhou City.

The initial investment, including the 2-4m-high earthwork backfilling project, has made the ground elevation of the first floor of all buildings in Xiangjiang New Town 30-50cm higher than that of Shengli West Road and Xiyangping Road around it, putting an end to the possibility of the whole community being flooded ... So, the originally low-lying swamp has become a livable and happy home! Although it takes a long time and costs a lot, this one-time and fundamental box culvert transformation has improved the hidden dangers of the river once and for all and created a comfortable and livable living environment.

This goes back to what I mentioned before, positioning foresight and social responsibility. The group has always been adhering to the initial intention of building a conscience project that is worthy of society and future generations. This is Xiangjiang people!
