Under what circumstances can housing provident fund be withdrawn at present?

In any of the following circumstances, employees may apply for withdrawal of the storage balance in the housing provident fund account:

(a) the purchase, construction, renovation and overhaul of owner-occupied housing;

(two) to repay the loan principal and interest for the purchase and construction of owner-occupied housing;
