If you want to take Handan to Yangcheng, it is suggested to take Shijiazhuang, Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway to Handan, Handan to Lianhuo Expressway to Xinxiang, Xinxiang to Jinxin Expressway to Jincheng, Jincheng to Jinyang Expressway to Yangcheng. From Handan to Jincheng, I walked through Changzhi and Xinxiang. It's about the same distance, but I recommend this route to save fuel than taking Changzhi Province for 2 hours.
