Luodian Town is located in the west of Baoshan District.

In the second year of Xuantong in Qing Dynasty (19 10), Luodian City was established. 18 (1929) was renamed fourth area. In 27 years, it belongs to Baoshan District, in 32 years it belongs to the third district of Baoshan Special Zone, and in the following year it belongs to Baoshan County. In 34 years, it was renamed Luodian District. In 36 years, it was renamed as a town, 1949 as a district, and 195 1 became a county-owned town. 1958 belongs to Yuejin People's Commune, and 196 1 is the county seat. Luodian, the resident of the Town People's Government, has jurisdiction over 4 neighborhood committees and 13 villagers' committees.
