Can't enterprise property charge property fees and deduct wages?

Failing to collect property management fees, wages will not be deducted.

According to the fifth item of Article 7 of the Property Management Regulations, owners have the obligation to pay property service fees on time in property management activities. Therefore, while enjoying the services of the property management company, the owners must pay the property fees. If the owner refuses to pay, the property management company has the right to claim rights through litigation.

The wages of employees are the labor income enjoyed by employees according to law, and no one may deprive employees of the right to receive remuneration without reason. The property owners' default on property fees and the payment of employees' wages according to law are two different legal relationships, which should be dealt with separately.
