What cities have lifted the purchase restriction?

The cities that have lifted the purchase restriction include Zhengzhou, Fuzhou, Quzhou, Foshan, Qingdao, Wuhan, Chengdu, Nanjing and Xiamen. These cities have liberalized their purchase restrictions to varying degrees.

1, Zhengzhou: March 1, Zhengzhou issued "19" to standardize the New Deal, canceled the "recognition of housing and loan" and started the monetization of shed reform. Zhengzhou has thus become the first city in China to fully relax restrictions on purchases and loans this year.

2. Fuzhou: On March 30th, the purchase restriction of Fuzhou property market was relaxed, and on March 18, the relevant notice was received from the Housing Authority. Specifically, if you buy a house in the fifth district of Fuzhou, you are not registered locally, and you can buy a house without providing 12 months social security or tax payment certificate.

3. Quzhou: April 1, Zhejiang Quzhou canceled the purchase restriction policy and loosened the sales restriction policy. Non-local registered families, individual industrial and commercial households and enterprises invested or controlled by natural persons shall be regarded as local registered families to implement relevant purchase policies.

4. Chengdu: 16 In May, the Office of the Leading Group for the Steady and Healthy Development of the Real Estate Market in Chengdu issued the Notice on Supporting the Demand for Rigid and Improved Housing, stating that when buying houses in the central city (except qingbaijiang district), the houses purchased or newly purchased in suburban counties are not included in the total number of houses under the family name.

5. Nanjing: On May 20th, Nanjing issued a clear policy to cancel the purchase restriction of second-hand houses. Since May 20th, registered and non-registered residents in this city do not need to provide proof of purchase when buying second-hand houses, so as to meet the reasonable needs of new citizens and other groups who just need to buy houses.

6. Wuhan: On May 22, all the four cities in Wuhan lifted the purchase restriction. The four remote urban areas include Jiangxia District, Dongxihu District, Economic Development Zone and huangpi district. On the same day, Jinan also adjusted the property market regulation policy, and Changqing District and Zhangqiu District, which are not the main urban areas, are no longer included in the scope of purchase restriction.

7. Foshan: On June 2, the Notice of Foshan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and other departments on Further Improving the Real Estate Control Policy showed that Foshan would optimize the housing purchase restriction area and adjust the commercial housing purchase restriction area to Zumiao Street in Chancheng District, Guicheng Street in Nanhai District and Daliang Street in Shunde District. The policy will be implemented from now on. On June 2, Qingdao issued a clear policy, and Huangdao District, Chengyang District and High-tech Zone completely canceled the housing purchase restriction policy.

8. Qingdao: On June 3, Qingdao High-tech Zone, Chengyang and Xi 'an New District issued notices to cancel the comprehensive purchase restriction of housing, and just the day before, Chengyang District and Qingxi New District also introduced the policy that merchants can settle down.

What does it mean to let go of the purchase restriction

It is a natural choice to cancel the property market purchase restriction to boost the local economy, activate the real estate market and let real estate drive the recovery of downstream industries. Other provinces also have similar growth challenges to varying degrees. However, this does not mean that the property market restriction will inevitably lead to the extensive growth of the property market again.

China's real estate regulation and control policy should follow the principle of minimum market intervention, consistent with the law of industry development and conducive to long-term stable development. Therefore, in addition to strengthening housing security, we should also implement long-term restrictions on the purchase of commercial housing in central cities, thoroughly curb speculation and excessive investment, and cancel some existing non-market-oriented control measures to ensure the long-term stable and healthy development of the industry. The basic purchase restriction order meets the housing and investment needs of most families, does not conflict with the policies of purchasing houses and entering households in some cities, and will not hinder the development of housing rental and holiday property market.
