Historical background of Huxian Botanical Garden;

Huxian Botanical Garden was founded in 1982 and officially opened to the public in 1988.

By the end of 20 12, Huxian Botanical Garden had preserved more than 8,000 kinds of plants, and built more than a dozen specialized botanical gardens, including Cycas Preservation Center, Yulan Park, Rare Arboretum, Palm Garden, Bamboo Garden, Desert Botanical Garden, Shaded Botanical Garden, Baiguoyuan, Peach Blossom Garden, Aquatic Botanical Garden, Gymnospermum Garden and Ceramic Garden.

Huxian Botanical Garden, which integrates plant collection, research, popular science and tourism and leisure, is one of the important scientific research bases of ornamental plants in China.

1. There are two restaurants in the park. One is Penglai Pavilion Restaurant in the scenic spot, and the other is Zhai Restaurant next to Hongfa Temple. The former is a Chinese restaurant. You can also consider bringing your own or eating Chinese food.

2. Electric vehicle loop in the scenic spot: Hongfa Temple-Lake Area-Taoyuan-Desert Plant Area-Paleontology Museum-Fossil Forest Area-Medicinal Plant Area-Tingtao Pavilion-Liangyige-Hongfa Temple, 15- 20 minutes per shift.
