I. Basic information
Up to now, Liaohe Oilfield Company * * * has employed12,273 laborers with children, and the form of employment belongs to the category of labor dispatch. If a diversified enterprise recruits college graduates and other children of non-oilfield employees to implement insurance agents in the Guangji Labor Development Center in Xinglongtai District, it is not within the scope of transfer.
Third, the principle of transfer
After these personnel established labor relations with Liaohe Oilfield Company, their original employers, jobs and salary system remained unchanged for the time being, collectively referred to as "market-oriented employment", which was formally included in the market-oriented employment management category of the group company.

Social insurance relationship transferred to Liaohe Oilfield Social Insurance Management Center.
The management fee and social insurance premium paid by the secondary unit of Liaohe Oilfield Company to the Guangji Labor Development Center in Xinglongtai District ended on June 5438+February 3, 20081.

1, Liaohe Oilfield Social Insurance Management Center is responsible for communicating with relevant provincial departments. 3. In order to ensure the smooth development of the work, the personnel department of Liaohe Oilfield Company, the company's trade union, the social insurance management center, the mining division, the family planning office and other relevant departments form a business work coordination group to ensure the smooth handover and the implementation of related businesses.
