Accounting entries of property collection and payment of utilities

The utilities collected and remitted by the property company are included in "other receivables-collecting utilities".

Accounting entries at the time of collection:

Debit: bank deposit,

Loans: other receivables.

Accounting entries when turned over to the electric power bureau:

Debit: other receivables,

Loan: bank deposit.
